JOHN’S FIRST LOVE STORY by Mac

Let’s me share with you about something incredible. I never expected to have a lot of friends from many distinctive countries. When I decided to go to Philippines to study English, all I want to do is to focus on studying and improve my English skill as much as I want. However, I got a chance to meet a friend from Vietnam in the optional class and somehow we became friends together. From that day, we started to talk with each other and then I got a chance to know his friends one by one: Vietnamese, Taiwanese and the last is Japanese.

Furthermore, I accidently know his deep dark secret about his love for a girl. After consulting my girlfriend who is currently residing now in Korea that has more ideas and more experiences about the girl mind and the way of their brain working. I decided to revamp his life by pushing him to the edge and keep him focus to confess to her as well as creating more chances for him to be alone with her.

From this moment, I will let everyone who are reading this to know about a cute love story but the ending goes downhill. To be honest, this story is based on 100% true story that had happened in the period of May-June 2018 in the SMEAG Classic campus. The story starts by making the story more clearly and concisely. I will repeat some aforementioned details:

First and foremost, I came to SMEAG and I got to know a friend. His name is John and he liked a Japanese girl at the same Campus. Her name starts with letter S (for privacy purposes, I will not tell her name but only some people who are friends with can know about this)

Although he had many female friends, he was very shy. He can only talk normally and bravely to some girls that he considered as a friend. To the girl he likes, he always became so awkward and hard to come up with a topic to talk with her. However being like that, during lunch he always went to the main hall and waited for her to went there and had a chance to eat lunch together with her.

Seeing him like that, I decided to give a hand to him. I had been giving a lot of advices to help and encourage him to follow his heart to do what it tells him to do, just abandon thinking and do it. Likewise, we made lots of good time together by going to SM seaside Mall, took a lot of picture and he even took a picture with her. Nonetheless, I even satisfied my beautiful Korean white skin to travel with them to Olango Island, a place that I did not expect to go before. He did not have the courage to say his love out loud. He was too shy and passive when he talked with her even though he had been talking a lot to many girls with different nationalities based from what I saw. He felt ashamed of himself and thought that the “he” right now is a mess, nothing to compare with her.

After I have been in the SMEAG campus for 2 weeks, the time that “the girl” will graduate had finally come and she had to go back to her own country the following day. She returned to Japan and continue working while John stays here for two more months. Without saying, I accidently saw him crying behind her. When I comforted him, he wept, but John said "I'm not crying."

It already has been two weeks since she left, but he still did not forget her. John always thinks of her anytime and anywhere. He even did not go fishing to any girls. A week after she went back home, we went to Kawasan Falls with a group of friends including him to celebrate my last week and somehow may help him to forget about S girl. But somehow, he always thought of her even when we arrived, during the journey of trekking and hiking towards our target destination.

Last time, he even jumped off from the highest cliff of Kawasan Falls, shouting "S*****" and yelled “I miss you!”

Be nice to our friend John, he may look like a fisherman but actually he is not ?

Always remember to focus on your goal and let's study without dating.
