호주 르꼬르동블루 애들레이드 캠퍼스

아들레이드 캠퍼스는 호주의 명문 남호주대학교(University of South Australia)와의 연계를 통한 호텔/레스토랑 경영학 학사 및 석 박사과정을 운영하고있으며

2012년 부터는 요리 제빵과정의 준학사(Diploma), 와인/외식 전문가 학사과정을 개설하여 운영중에 있습니다.

시드니캠퍼스와 마찬가지로 학기중에 IP(Industrial Placement)를 통한 경력 확보로 졸업후 보다 좋은 직장을 구할 수 있는 기회를 얻을 수 있습니다.

- 제과 준학사 과정 : 1년 3개월 or 2년 3개월

- 외식경영학사 과정 (Bachelor of International Restaurant Management) : 3년

- 호텔경영학사 과정 (Bachelor of International Hotel Management) : 3년

- 와인전문가 과정 (Bachelor of International Wine Entrepreneurship) : 3년

- 외식전문가 과정 (Bachelor of International Food Entrepreneurship) : 3년

- 국제 호스피탈리티경영 석사 과정 (Bachelor of International Hospitality Management) : 2년

- MBA (호텔 및 외식 경영학) : 1.5년
